スキーイン／スキーアウトが可能なニセコ・ヒラフの「Niseko Kyo」内に新たにオープンしたこの店舗は、世界有数のアルペンリゾートにおいて、MASONRY. にとって刺激的な新章の幕開けとなります。ゲストは、厳選された北海道産の食材を使い、備長炭で調理した地中海スタイルのシェアプレート、心地よいサウンド、丁寧に作られたカクテル、そして選び抜かれたワインリストを楽しむことができます。

デザイン

手仕事の美学は、メニューだけでなく、60席のレストラン全体の雰囲気にも反映されています。東京を拠点とするデザインスタジオ Vyvial & Co は、コンテンポラリーなアルペンの感性に日本的なエッセンスを織り交ぜ、同時に MASONRY. のバリでの起源をさりげなく讃える、温かく親密な空間を創り上げました。重ねられた質感、丁寧に仕上げられた素材、そして木・石・鉄を巧みに用いたデザインは、既存の空間にも通じる、触覚的な精神を見事に表現しています。
